Annual Student Poster Competition at the AEHS Foundation Conference
To enter, select the option for "student competition" when submitting your abstract online (entries accepted any time prior to February 17, 2025). You will receive an email auto-reply confirming your submission, then a personal reply from the Foundation within 7 days.

Deadline for entering student competition: February 17, 2025

During the conference, a committee will select the three best student poster presentations

Two winners will receive an award of $500 each and one will receive $1000

Winners will be invited to attend the event at the conference (free of charge), where the awards will be announced

Proof of student status in an undergraduate or graduate degree program is required (post-docs excluded)

Must be a current student at the time of the conference/competition (March 2025)

Full- or part-time students are eligible

Student must be both the primary author and the presenting author

Student must present own work

Contestants must be entered in the competition prior to the conference

Past winners may not re-enter subsequent year's competitions
