Poster Preparation

  • Poster presenters will be provided with a free-standing poster board to affix your poster to. Poster boards will be 48 inches high by 96 inches wide (landscape). Please plan poster size accordingly - we recommend sizing down a couple of inches to account for the frame on the poster board. Push pins will also be provided.

  • Please plan to set up your poster in the morning, on your assigned day, between the hours of 8:00 am and 10:00 am. Poster location is first come first, serve within your assigned room/area.

  • You will receive your assigned day and location by email or you may check the online program.

  • Posters MUST be up by 10:00 am on your assigned day.

  • Posters will remain up for that day only.

  • Authors are to be at their poster(s) from 3:00 pm - 6:00 pm that day, for the poster session.

  • Posters are to be taken down (and removed) immediately following the poster session (i.e. 6:00 pm) on that day. Posters not removed by 7:30pm will be discarded.

Platform Preparation

  • Presentations are to be planned for exactly 25-28 minutes, including questions. Speakers change precisely on the half hour. A session chair will be present to expedite speaker changes.

  • A laptop and projector will be provided in each session room along with microphones and a laser pointer/slide advancer.

  • Please prepare your visuals using Microsoft PowerPoint.

  • PowerPoint presentations must be uploaded to the secure submission site no later than October 14, 2024. Instructions for presentation upload will be sent in late September. 

  • Plan to meet your session chair in your assigned room 30 minutes prior to your session start time. Refer to the conference app or program for start time and room assignments.

  • Speaker/session chair breakfast available on the day of your talk. It will be held on the 10th floor of the Campus Center from 7:15 am - 8:15 am. Tables will be labeled by session. 


  • Platform and poster presenters receive reduced registration options to attend the conference.

  • One workshop is included with all paid 3-day registrations (must redeem using promo code).


  • Workshops, CEUs, and lunches may be selected at additional cost.

  • Presenters must register on or before September 20, 2024.

  • All presenters must register even if also attending as booth staff.

  • Biography Submission: We require a biography from each presenter. Bios will appear in the online program. Bios must be in paragraph format (no CVs or outlines) and should be included with your abstract submission. Click the button below to check or edit your bio before September 20th.

  • Abstract Edits: Abstracts will be included in the online program and may be revised through September 20th. Log in to your original submission to edit your abstract (click below). Please do not submit a new abstract.

  • Room Reservation: A room block is available at the conference venue for a limited time. Please book early. Room block may fill prior to cut-off date, September 20th. Click button below for further information.
