Q: Cancellation Policy

Cancellations on or before February 28, 2027 may receive a refund minus a $50.00 cancellation fee. No refunds will be issued after February 28, 2027, however, you may substitute a conferee rather than cancel the registration entirely.

Sponsor Registration

Is your company a sponsoring organization?

Each sponsor or supporter receives a pre-determined number of complimentary registrations (comps) based on their level of support and benefit selections. Promo codes are used to redeem sponsor comps and are distributed by the main contact for the sponsoring organization.

Beyond the comps, attendees from sponsoring organizations are eligible to register at the reduced rate indicated above (currently $400 below general attendee rate). Sponsoring organization's affiliation must be clearly indicated on the registration.
