The Annual AEHS Foundation West Coast Conference is a highly successful and internationally known conference focusing on important and timely environmental issues related to soil, water, energy, and air. There are many benefits to exhibiting, including the following:
  • Exhibit space is limited to approximately 45 booths to ensure a high ratio of attendees to exhibitors
  • The conference is sponsored in part by major industries, including: Shell Oil Company, American Petroleum Institute, Chevron and the U.S. EPA - all of whom encourage attendance by their employees
  • Naval and other federal agency participation
  • Attendees include representatives from the oil industry, transportation and utility industries
  • The exhibit area is located in the center of the conference activity to assure the maximum exposure with interested conference participants and potential customers
The rental fee for a 6' by 10' or 8' by 10' exhibit booth space is $1595. The price of the booth space includes:
  • 6' x 10' or 8' x 10' exhibit booth space (size based on your choice and/or availability) with back and side draping
    (1) 6' table, 2 folding chairs, wastebasket
    Electricity (110v electrical outlet)
  • Wi-Fi
  • Promotion of your company name in conference flyers and programs and on our website
  • Coffee/refreshment breaks/socials
  • List of conference attendees (electronic) will be provided via email after the conference
  • Exhibitor staff badges (up to 4)
  • One complimentary conference registration pass (may be used amongst booth staff, one at a time)
  • Reduced registration rates for additional conference passes (unlimited)
*Please Note: Lunches are not included with booth registration. Exhibitors may purchase lunch on-site at the conference.


Cancellations received in writing on or before January 31st will receive a refund minus $100 processing fee. There will be no refunds for booth spaces cancelled after January 31st.



AEHS provides the final attendee list (of opt-in attendees) one time, approx. 2 weeks post conference. Exhibitors will receive an email directly from with a spreadsheet attached.

Please note: AEHS Foundation does NOT use third party solicitation and will NEVER sell the attendee list. If you receive an email from an individual stating that they have our attendee list, this is a scam. They do not have our list. Companies have been selling fake lists to exhibitors since 2017.
