We are happy to invite you to exhibit at the 36th Annual International Conference on Soils, Sediments, Water and Energy at the University of Massachusetts, Amherst. The Soils, Sediments, Water, and Energy Conference has become a leading international conference in this important environmental area. The conference attracts 600-800 attendees annually, including a wide variety of representation from state and federal agencies, military, industry (including railroad, petroleum, transportation, and utilities), environmental engineering, consulting, and academia.

The exhibit area is located in the center of the conference activity to assure maximum contact and exposure with interested conference participants and potential customers. Exhibition space is limited to 55 booths/tabletops combined to ensure a high ratio of attendees to exhibitors. The fee for an 8' by 10' exhibit booth space is $1395. Tabletops are $850 (indicated as T1 - T14 on the floor plan).

The price of a booth space includes:

  • One conference pass for admission into sessions (full booth purchase only)
  • Unlimited discounted registration rates for additional attendees
  • Conference attendee list (emailed post-conference)
  • 2' by 6' table, skirted, 2 chairs, and a wastebasket, side and back drape*
  • Coffee breaks and receptions
  • Electrical power outlet
  • WiFi

          *Tabletops do not have side drape

General: Exhibit space is limited. We recommend submitting your registration form and payment early to reserve your location of choice. Indicate more than one location choice as we give priority to Conference Sponsors and Supporters. Otherwise, booth assignments are made on a first come, first serve basis.

Cancellation Policy: Cancellation of reserved booth spaces received on or before August 28, 2020 will receive a refund minus a $100 processing charge. There will be no refunds for booth spaces cancelled after August 28, 2020.

Attendee List Policy and Scam Alert: AEHS provides the final attendee list (of opt-in attendees) one time, approx. 2 weeks post conference. Exhibitors will receive an email directly from with a spreadsheet attached.

Please note: AEHS Foundation does NOT use third party solicitation and will NEVER sell the attendee list. If you receive an email from an individual stating that they have our attendee list, this is a scam. They do not have our list. Companies have been selling fake lists to exhibitors since 2017.
