The AEHS Foundation Conference is a highly successful and nationally known conference focusing on
important and timely environmental issues related to soil, sediments, water, and energy. Attracting
between 500 and 600 attendees annually, participants include a diverse representation of state and
federal regulatory agencies, the petroleum and chemical industries, transportation and utilities,
environmental engineering, consulting firms, and academia.

The ultimate goal of the conference is to provide a forum for the presentation and debate of relevant
information related to soil, sediments, water, and energy. This year the conference again promises to be
an exciting opportunity for professionals who are concerned with developing creative, cost-effective

There are many benefits to exhibiting, including the following:

  • Exhibit space is limited to approximately 50 booths to ensure a high ratio of attendees to exhibitors;
  • The conference is sponsored in part by major industries, including: Shell Oil Company, American Petroleum Institute, Chevron and the U.S. EPA - all of whom encourage attendance by their employees;
  • Naval and other federal agency participation;
  • Attendees include representatives from the oil industry, transportation and utility industries;
  • The exhibit area is located in the center of the conference activity to assure the maximum exposure with interested conference participants and potential customers.
The rental fee for a 6' by 10' or 8' by 10' exhibit booth space is $1395. The price of the booth space includes:
  • Electricity (110v electrical outlet)
  • 6' x 10' or 8' x 10' exhibit booth space (size based on your choice and/or availability) with back and side draping; includes (1) 6' table, 2 folding chairs, wastebasket
  • Promotion of your company name in conference flyers and programs and on our website
  • Coffee/refreshment breaks/socials
  • List of conference attendees (electronic) will be provided via email after the conference
  • Exhibitor staff badges
  • One complimentary conference registration pass (may be used amongst booth staff, one at a time)
  • Reduced registration rates for additional conference passes (unlimited)
*Please Note: Lunches are not included with booth registration . Exhibitors may purchase lunch on-site at the conference.

EXHIBITOR CANCELLATION POLICY: Cancellations received in writing on or before January31st will receive a full refund minus $100 processing fee. There will be no refunds for booth spaces cancelled after January 31st.
